Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We partner with DPD to ensure your professional nail supplies arrive at your salon quickly and securely.
- Courier: DPD
- Standard Shipping Cost: €7.00
- Service: Next Day Delivery (after dispatch)
Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase (subject to successful payment). Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is expected on the next working day. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Order & Delivery Policies
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review our shipping policies below.
1. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (including Eircode) at the time of ordering. The exact address entered at checkout will be used for dispatch.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Sara Nails cannot be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or lost parcels.
- In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued. Any additional delivery or re-delivery costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Missing Items Before Dispatch
During our rigorous packing process, if an item is identified as missing or out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email to confirm how you would like to proceed.
- If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will automatically issue a refund for the missing item(s) and dispatch the remainder of your order to avoid delaying your salon supplies.
- Once the order has been shipped, no further changes can be made.
3. Dispatch & Order Finalisation
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or changed. Refunds prior to delivery apply only to items confirmed as missing before shipment. All other products will be delivered exactly as ordered.
4. Undeliverable or Refused Orders
If an order is refused at the delivery address, or if it cannot be delivered due to an address error and is returned to us, re-shipping the parcel will incur the original €7.00 shipping fee again. This covers the administrative and transportation costs charged to us by the courier.
5. Delivery Delays & Courier Claims
While DPD provides a highly reliable Next Day service, exceptional delays can sometimes occur within the courier network.
- Please note that in line with official courier policies, a formal claim for a lost parcel can only be submitted after 10 working days have passed from the dispatch date.
- We are unable to issue refunds or send replacement orders before this 10-working-day period has elapsed, as official investigations cannot begin until this timeframe has passed.
