Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Sara Nails, we want to ensure you are entirely happy with your salon supplies. If you need to cancel an order or return an item from the Republic of Ireland, please review our policy below.
Your Right to Cancel
- You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
- After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to our facility.
Condition of Returned Goods
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened (where applicable)
- In their original packaging
- In a fully resaleable condition
Health, Safety & Hygiene Exceptions
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products once they have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied.
This non-returnable hygiene category includes, but is not limited to:
- Nail gels and gel polishes
- Liquids, creams, oils, and lotions
- Cosmetics
- Brushes, files, buffers, applicators, and sponges
- Gloves, masks, and similar beauty or salon hygiene products
How to Return Your Items
After contacting our team to initiate your return, please ensure your items are packaged securely. Include your original order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return quickly, and send it to:

The Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving concrete evidence that the goods have been sent back to us (whichever is earlier).
- Where required by law, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. We do not refund any extra delivery costs chosen by the customer, such as express or premium delivery upgrades.
Return Shipping Costs
Provided this was made clear before purchase, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise using a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. However, if the item you received is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied, Sara Nails will cover the return shipping costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
