It is a product for stylists who want to quickly change a classic manicure and add a wow effect in a few seconds. Cat Eye Top Luminara allows you to create manicures in glazed, cosmic nails, velvet effect, and luxury shimmer aesthetics - subtly or maximally expressive, exactly how you want it.
