How to Apply Express Base Rosy

1. Prepare the natural nail by pushing back the cuticles and removing any non-living tissue.
2. Gently mattify the nail plate and remove all filing dust.
3. Clean and degrease the nails using a suitable cleaner.
4. Apply dehydrator and primer if required for the client’s nail type.
5. Apply a thin, even layer of Express Base Rosy.
